How To Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your IGdm Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Open the billing portal

IGdm Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Use any of these options to open the customer portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices:

  1. From the IGdm Pro app: open the menu (top-left) → Your SubscriptionManage Subscription.
  2. From this website: use the Manage subscription button below.

On the portal page, enter the email address you used when you purchased your license. Stripe will email you a secure link to your billing dashboard.

Cancel in Stripe

  1. Open the link from your email (or follow the redirect from the manage-subscription page).
  2. In the Stripe customer portal, select your IGdm Pro subscription.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription (or equivalent) and confirm.

Your license remains active until the date shown for your current period end. You will not be charged again after that date.

After you cancel

  • Paid access: You can keep using IGdm Pro until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • License key: After the period ends, your license key will no longer renew automatically. You can subscribe again anytime from igdm.me.

PayPal subscriptions

If you subscribed with PayPal instead of Stripe, cancel from your PayPal account under Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, or use the subscription management option in your PayPal receipt email.
